Step 1 - The Discovery Process

In the Discovery Process, we will ask you a series of questions about various areas in your practice including your staff, marketing, patient outcome measures, & electronic medical systems used to see where improvements can be made. We will also be concerned with your growth strategy, challenging areas, and previous attempts to solve situations. In general, anything that helps us understand who you are where you’ve been, and most importantly, where you want to go. 

Once this discovery process is complete, we will deliver a full analysis with recommendations and solutions necessary to help you achieve your goals.
